Needed for a fun, alt history, top down, action/ATB RPG game in Unity

Featuring:

• 4 main characters (spritesheets, portrait/close up, full body)
•  Bad guys (grunts and mid-level), several factions (spritesheets, portrait/close up, full body)
• Bosses, several factions (spritesheets, portrait/close up, full body)
• Eventually background, terrain, buildings, etc 

Easily more to follow down the road.

Current goal is MVP playable level

My initial request would be:

• 2 of the playable characters (full spritesheet with animations)
• 1 bad guy grunt (full spritesheet with animations)
• bullet sprites and animations
• sword swoosh/electrical wave animation
• money/coin pick up item
